Not every printer or label job fits a standard ribbon size.
We supply thermal transfer ribbons made to your exact size requirements, helping you reduce waste, improve print performance, and get the best fit for your printer and label stock. Whether you need a specific width, length, core size, or winding direction, we can provide ribbons tailored to your application.
CUSTOM LABELLING
On request, we can provide your order with a custom-designed roll and/or carton label, entirely tailored to your specifications
CUSTOM PACKAGING
On request, we can provide custom packaging for your rolls and offer the following tailored packaging solutions:
- Shrink wrapping each roll
- Attaching a counter core
- Stamping the core
- Extra core(s) in the box
- Packaging in special bags

QUANTITIES
As all items are produced on demand, the delivered quantity may differ slightly from the ordered quantity. Please allow for a quality tolerance of +/- 10% for an order of approximately 100 rolls.
DELIVERY TIME
Our “custom-made” items are produced individually and on a per-order basis. The standard production time is usually 1 to 2 weeks.
For particularly urgent orders, delivery dates can of course be coordinated in advance with our order processing team – because your flexibility is important to us.
RETURNS
Custom-made rolls are produced individually for you and are therefore excluded from returns.
We calculate a net price per m², which is multiplied by the width and length of the roll to determine the final roll price on the invoice.
For special versions, such as rolls on ½” cores, plastic cores, rolls with an attached counter core, or other custom-made rolls with special cores, an appropriate surcharge will be applied.
